How Remote PC Repair Works?
- Sign Up for our annual support service.
- Contact us via telephone or email to arrange a remote support session.
- Download our secure remote desktop software (Click here to download) and then tell us the ID and password displayed on your screen. Within a few moments, we will be connected and able to see and control your computer (you can end the session at any time by clicking on the red cross).
- Diagnosis - We will inspect your computer and in conjunction with talking to you will solve the problem during the remote repair session.
- Sit back and relax! Your computer will be repaired whilst you go about your daily business (or you are welcome to watch!). Once the repair is complete and you are satisfied with the work done, the technician will close the remote connection and the software will cleanly uninstall itself. The technician can't reconnect until you manually run the software again.
How To Get Connected
- Contact us to arrange a remote support session
- When instructed, click here to download the software and click on "Save" (see below)
- Now simply double click the program icon to run it
- A message saying "Publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?" will appear. Click on "Yes" and the following window will open.
- An ID and password will now be displayed (see below). Once you have given the ID and password over the phone (or by email), you can just sit back and watch us repair your computer!
