Workshop Repair

We receive many computers from our clients for repair or servicing through the post and by dropping them off each month!  We can fix a great many things by using remote support, but if you computer isn't starting up (no power) or won't recover from the BIOS (startup screen) it definately needs a more "hands-on" approach.

In the workshop, we can work on something else while lengthy automated processes are running and only charge for the time we actually spend working on your machine – and we have equipment here to make the process quicker and more effective.

 

• Dead PC - not powering up or just emitting a series of beeps.
• Recovery of lost files - If your whole collection of family photos has disappeared, don't panic!
• Password recovery - we have the system software to be able to recover lost or forgotten passwords to users, files and folders, email and more.

• Hard disk service - We can clean up your registry, remove spyware, adware and viruses, which in turn will rapidly speed up your PC in it's day to day running.
